Why s oil posiounous to drink

Oil is toxic to drink because of the chemicals that it contains, for example if you drank one drop of sunflower oil you would be okay but if you drank one drop of gasoline you would have serious stomachache. But if you drank large amounts of sunflower oil you would suffer stomachache but if you drank large quntaties you would die.
