The Government and oil companies make heaps of money from the oil that is pumped out of the earth and use it to power all the elctricity factories although now some wind turbines, hydro plants and solar pannels are all being used to power factories.
The Governement insists that everyone switch's to solar pannels but they are generally to expensive for middle class citizen's to buy.
